What are Robocon’s business areas and products?

Robocon’s core business operates through two main divisions: the Solutions Division, which

develops smart factory solutions, and the FAB (Manufacturing) Division, which produces and

supplies rebar processing and pre-assembly products using these solutions.

Our flagship products include the ARON robotic automation solution for rebar processing and

the ANTON robotic automation solution for rebar pre-assembly.

What is Robocon’s FAB business?

Robocon is the world's first company to establish a smart factory dedicated to rebar processing.

Located on a 10,000-pyeong site (approximately 33,000 square meters), Robocon’s Dangjin

Factory in Korea supplies rebar processing products to top-tier construction projects.

With Korea as its foundation, Robocon aims to expand its smart factory footprint to key markets worldwide.

Who are leading Robocon?

As the founder and CEO of Robocon, Changwan Ban leads all product design, engineering and manufacturing.
He started as an electronics and process engineer at Samsung and also has expertise in construction and heavy industry at Doosan companies, strategy and operation consulting at PwC etc.
He and his team brings together decades of experience in construction, steel and machine manufacturing, automation and robotics from global companies such as Samsung, Doosan, ABB, Staubli, ULVAC etc.

Robocon has a number of patents and patents pending for related technologies. We also have a CE Certificate for ARON solution.

How is Robocon’s After-sales service equipped?

Our service portfolio ranges from spare parts and field service offerings to all the way to remote and data-based services and training. ARON solution enable faster response to equipment diagnosis, troubleshooting and software update through a remote system. In addition, we provide better field services by sharing MEP's a reliable worldwide service network.
